METstar Company Program
is available for the more serious dancer.  It is a year round program with an intense technical training schedule.  It involves 4-5 competitions a year.  Company member selection is by audition only.
Cheer and Dance Teams
New Program forming in August.  It is available for dancers and cheerleaders who would like more performance opportunities and a little more exposure to the competitive end of dance and cheer. It will involve approximately 2 local competitions and 2 non-competitive performances.  Open to dancers and cheerleaders in grades K-5
 Washington Redskins Junior Cheer Program
METstar Elite is a proud sponsor and satellite studio to the Washington Redskin Cheerleaders and Redskins Junior Cheer Program.  Details on upcoming workshops and the Junior Cheer Program coming soon. Registration for the Junior Cheer Program will begin in August.
