Welcome to METstar Elite Dance C

METstar Elite is a new dance company based in Manassas, Virginia.

The Director, Sara Thompson has over 20 years of dance experience as a performer, high school and college dance team coach, choreographer, and as a UDA / ESPN national championship judge.

The Dance staff at METstar consists of studio trained dancers, collegiate national championship dancers, dance team coaches and choreographers, former NBA Washington Wizards dancers, and Redskins Cheerleaders.

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and structured learning environment. We believe the positive motivation and exceptional quality of dance we provide develops a strong foundation from which to build confidence and positive self-esteem.

METstar Elite operates from September through June and presents a recital in mid-June. Summer dance programs will be offered.

Classes: Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pom, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, High Kick, Combo Classes, and Dance Intro.
